The materials and products on this site are provided “customized per client” and with a 1-year warranty against craftsmanship, whether expressed or implied. This warranty does not include damages incurred by the consumer, damages to any property, normal wear-and-tear, or aging of the products. Due to the inherent properties of wood, Lowcountry Swingbeds does not provide warranty coverage for the natural aging of wood. This includes, but is not limited to, natural phenomena like cracking or splitting that may occur over time in wooden products. It is recommended to keep your swing covered when not in use to protect against the elements and inclement weather to preserve the life and quality of your product. Lowcountry Swingbeds does not make any warrantees or representations for materials and products purchased by a third party.

All warranty claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Lowcountry Swingbeds retains full discretion in determining the legitimacy of any claim and the appropriate remedial action, if any.

Custom Product Disclaimer

All products available for purchase herein are custom-made according to client specifications. As such, each product is unique and may exhibit slight variations from images or descriptions provided.

Return/Refund Policy

Upon receipt of your package(s), please open immediately and report all damage, lost, and stolen claims within 10 days of shipment. We work closely with FedEx to ensure these situations do not happen, but on the rare occurrence that they do, photos of damaged shipping materials may need to be submitted to us to support filed claims.

If there are any missing items within your shipment, or if you are unsatisfied with the product in any way, please report to us within 10 days to receive replacement parts or a credit. After 10 days, we cannot be held responsible for missing items and will not approve returns or refunds. Please open and fully unpack your swing bed and other products as soon as they arrive. It is not a good idea to leave your swing bed packaged for several months before opening as these beds are hand-painted/hand-stained and need air to breathe. All claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Lowcountry Swingbeds retains full discretion in determining the legitimacy of any claim and the appropriate remedial action, if any.

In situations where a return is accepted, the following conditions apply:

a. The customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

b. All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Please note: Credit/Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, but the buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs. Custom sizes, customized designs, and ALL CUSHIONS cannot be returned or refunded. Please be sure you understand the size you are ordering based on the space you have available. Handmade products may slightly fluctuate from exact dimensions because they are, in fact, handmade, and lumber varies from piece to piece. Cushions are non-refundable since we allow for fabric customization and make all cushions on a per-client, custom basis.

Prior to finalizing a purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review this policy. Proceeding with a purchase signifies full acceptance of the stipulated refund terms and conditions presented.
